The government is the largest buyer in Mexico. Whether directly or indirectly, most companies and individuals will have to navigate the Mexican municipal, state, and federal governments.

We have more than two decades of experience with government contracting procedures. We provide personalized service to companies.

Compliance with government requirements and applicable regulations.

We advise and accompany our clients throughout the legal contracting process in matters of procurement and public works, from the call and review of bidding rules to the signing of the contract, as well as the execution, compliance, and termination of services.

We represent our clients during the procedure, execution of the contract or filing of sanctions before the Mexican authorities or judges, and we promote the necessary administrative remedies against acts or omissions of the authorities.

We have successfully participated in a wide variety of civil matters, including, controversies arising from forced compliance or termination of all types of contracts and agreements, lawsuits related to property, claims, statute of limitations, appraisals, construction, and real estate leasing.

It all starts with a legal and market analysis of our client’s business venture. New opportunities arise through the relocation of production or "nearshoring." Whether we help our clients in this process, or if they already have a clear idea or project in mind, incorporation of the new company in Mexico or incorporation through an expansion process, is what gets the ball rolling.

Our services include legal representation and registration before the Mexican authorities, drafting bylaws, operation agreements, shareholder meetings, contracts, corporate books, and all types of corporate operations. We also advise and coordinate the creation, registration, obtaining and protection of trademarks.

We accompany our clients in the accreditation process, regarding property damage, during criminal proceedings, and as interested third party in amparo cases.
